What: Stuff the Bus!
Date: Saturday, March 6
Time: 9am until 3 pm
Where: Two locations - Sam Levitz/Daglio's Shopping Center on the northeast corner of East Broadway and North Pantano Road and the Campbell Shopping Plaza at the northeast corner of Campbell and Glenn

EEF, in partnership with Soroptimist International Desert Tucson chapter, is seeking to fill an entire school bus with donated clothing and school supplies for low-income students in Tucson Unified School District schools. Be part of the solution and help a student in need. Suggested clothing donations include new slacks, shirts, sweaters, skirts, uniforms, socks and underwear or gently worn school clothing for both elementaryschool-aged children and high school students. Suggested school supply donations include pens, notebooks, atlases, binders, and backpacks. Financial contributions will also be accepted (checks can be made out to the Educational Enrichment Foundation and are fully tax deductible).

Write-a-Will Workshops

When: 4-6 p.m., Monday, March 22 OR Monday, March 29
Where: Boardroom of the TUSD Headquarters, 1010 E. 10th Street (at Park Avenue)

EEF & Opening Minds through the Arts (OMA) invite you to join us for a free two-hour workshop with noted attorney Kay Richter on updating and creating a will.  Space is limited.  Advance reservation required: call EEF’s office (520.325.8688) to indicate which date you will attend.

Wing Fest 09!Tucson's Best Wing Fest 09!

In July 2009, we began a new tradition, Tucson's Best Wing Fest, a community-wide event for individuals and families to enjoy an evening of fun and festivities, including wing tasting and judging in categories such as: Best Wings, Hottest Wings, Best Booth, Friendliest Staff, Biggest Fan Club, and more!

Proceeds from this event support important programs for students and teachers in the Tucson Unified School District. Thanks to all who participated.
