Who We Are
The Educational Enrichment Foundation (EEF) is an independent non-profit 501c3 organization founded in 1983 by Tucson community and business leaders in order to support the students and educators in the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD). EEF is one of the oldest foundations of its kind in Arizona and serves the 89 schools and 40,000 students of TUSD through our programs and access to resources.

Meet Our Team

Drisana Ross
Executive Director
Drisana has been with EEF for eight years, serving in program, marketing, and grants roles before stepping into leadership. A TUSD and University of Arizona graduate, she is passionate about supporting students where they are and meeting their needs. As a TUSD mom and special needs parent, Drisana brings empathy, strategy, and collaboration to everything she does, and she loves helping uplift the kids and community that shaped her.

Samuel Deustua
Program Coordinator
Sam began with EEF as an intern and returned two years ago to coordinate programs that support TUSD students and educators. He has teaching experience and has helped streamline programs for efficiency while connecting closely with teachers through Classroom Grants. A devoted father of three, Sam enjoys gardening, hiking, and playing sports with his sons, bringing energy, care, and dedication to the EEF team.

Sallie Muse
Administrative Specialist
A native Arizonan, Sallie has been part of the EEF team for five years, keeping the office running smoothly and serving as the welcoming face and voice of the organization. She loves connecting with donors, colleagues, and community partners across the CFSA campus. Sallie brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a passion for supporting TUSD students, and enjoys yoga and exploring the Sonoran Desert in her free time.
